Steel grade, dimensions and zinc coating mass must be selected according to the construction regulations (European and country standards). For organic coatings, we recommend a substrate with a zinc layer of minimum 275g/sqm (or equivalent). A life time guarantee is linked to our Granite^® offer. Magnelis^®, a metallic coated steel on both sides with a zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy a coating weight of 310g/sqm, is another possibility. Its composition of zinc with 3.5% aluminium and 3% magnesium offers a protection in the harshest environments.
